ATS integrations

Connect your applicant tracking system

Distribute jobs, receive applications and attribute conversions. We only list an ATS as compatible after it has been tested — no partners are listed yet.

XML job feeds

Publish jobs in our schema; we validate, deduplicate by reference number and URL, and import them.

REST & webhooks

Receive Quick Apply submissions as signed JSON webhooks with retries.

Click IDs and campaign parameters flow through to your postback.

Partner directory

No ATS partners have completed testing yet. Tested partners will appear here.

Integration workflow

  1. Submit a partner enquiry.
  2. Validate a sample feed with the tool in the XML feed tab.
  3. An employer configures your endpoint in their workspace (Integrations).
  4. We send a test application callback; you confirm receipt.
  5. Go live and monitor delivery logs.

Our own published jobs are available as a feed at /api/public/feed.xml.
