Data we collect

Account data: email, name, password (hashed by our authentication provider — never stored by us in plain text).

Profile data you add: phone, location, headline, experience, education, skills, preferences.

Files: CVs you upload, stored in private storage and accessed only through short-lived signed links.

Activity: saved jobs, applications, alerts, support tickets, privacy requests and consent choices.

Operational events: anonymous job views and apply clicks used for employer reporting (no personal identifiers).

How we use it

To run your account, show relevant jobs, process applications you submit, respond to support requests, keep the platform secure and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Employers of jobs you apply to on our platform (your chosen CV, contact details and answers).

Authorised recruiters — only if you turn on CV sharing.

Employers introduced by a recruiter — only with your recorded consent; you can revoke it.

Infrastructure providers that host the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. After a deletion request is completed, profile data, CVs, saved jobs and alerts are removed; audit logs of sensitive actions may be retained for security. Exact retention periods must be confirmed before launch.

Security

Row-level access controls, private file storage, role-based permissions and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; tell us about any concern.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. Use Privacy & data in your dashboard or contact us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
