1. Who we are

TalentScoutHQ ("we") operates a job search, recruitment and career-tools platform. The operating entity, registered address and governing law must be confirmed by the site owner and legal adviser before launch.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us about unauthorised use. One person per account. Recruiter, employer and administrator permissions are granted by us, not self-selected.

3. Platform scope

We display jobs from employers and third-party sources. Some applications happen on external websites; we do not control those sites and cannot confirm whether those applications are completed.

Salary and tax tools provide estimates only and are not financial, legal or tax advice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't post misleading or discriminatory jobs, request payment from candidates, scrape the site, attempt to access other users' data, or upload malicious files. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content you provide

You keep ownership of CVs and profile content. You grant us a licence to store and process them to provide the service, and to share them only as you direct or consent to.

6. Third-party services

We rely on hosting, authentication, storage and (when configured) email, payment and exchange-rate providers. Their terms may also apply.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee job availability, hiring outcomes or placements. Limitations of liability must be finalised by a legal adviser for each jurisdiction.

8. Termination

You can request account deletion at any time from Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

To be determined by the site owner and legal adviser.
