Integrating your ATS

TalentScoutHQ supports three integration patterns:

  1. XML job feed — publish your openings in our feed format and we import them on a schedule.
  2. Quick Apply — candidates apply on TalentScoutHQ and applications are delivered to your endpoint.
  3. Conversion tracking — a pixel or server-side postback tells us when an application completes on your site.

See the ATS Integrations documentation for the feed schema, a validator and example payloads. We only describe an ATS as compatible once it has been tested.
