Position Summary

AmeriSave is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President of Technology to serve as its senior-most technology executive.

This individual will be responsible for enterprise technology strategy, software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and business transformation initiatives.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the EVP will establish the company's technology vision and ensure that technology serves as a strategic competitive advantage across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Technology Strategy

• Establish and execute the company's enterprise-wide technology vision and roadmap.
• Align technology execution with broader business objectives and growth priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on technology investments and emerging innovation opportunities.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and emerging technologies.

Technology Organization Leadership

• Lead technology functions encompassing Software Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, AI, and Enterprise Applications.
• Build, develop, and scale a high-performing technology organization.
• Establish a culture focused on accountability, agility, innovation, and measurable results.

Digital Transformation and Innovation

• Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and automation strategies.
• Lead platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Champion technology innovation while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Advance digital customer experience and technology-enabled business growth.

Financial and Operational Management

• Oversee technology budgets, vendor strategies, and investment priorities.
• Ensure technology initiatives deliver operational efficiency and business value.
• Build strong partnerships across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Risk.

Executive and Organizational Partnership

• Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution.
• Work directly with executive leadership and other organizational stakeholders.
• Evaluate technology capabilities and organizational structures to support continued expansion.

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering and technology organizations.
• Proven success in VP, SVP, EVP, CIO, CTO, or equivalent executive positions.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software architecture and digital transformation.
• Experience building technology organizations that directly support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
• Demonstrated success working directly with executive leadership and Boards.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational transformation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage, fintech, banking, or regulated financial services.
• Experience leading technology organizations through periods of rapid growth.
• Advanced business and technical education.
• Experience driving enterprise-scale AI transformation.

Technology Leadership Scope

Core Functions: Software Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, Enterprise Platforms, AI, and Automation.

Strategic Priorities: Technology transformation, platform modernization, operational efficiency, digital customer experience, and enterprise innovation.

Business Partnerships: Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Product, and Executive Leadership.

Remote Work Requirements

High-speed internet access is required. Cable or fiber internet connectivity with Ethernet capability is mandatory.

Basic usage: Minimum 70/30 Mbps.

Shared usage: 200–300/35–70 Mbps.
Heavy usage: 500–1,000/100+ Mbps.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Compensation: $250,000–$350,000.

The published compensation range is a good-faith estimate for this position, based on applicable state and local pay transparency requirements.
