Position Overview
Leap Brands is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overarching leadership for a full-service restaurant platform. The CEO will drive the organization's overall strategy, culture, and long-term value while ensuring consistent execution across all locations.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, board, and investors, the CEO will accelerate sustainable growth, strengthen operational performance, and deliver a differentiated guest experience across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the company's overall vision, strategic direction, and operating plan.
- Assume full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, margin performance, and cash flow.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing executive leadership team.
- Ensure operational consistency, brand standards, and exceptional guest experiences across all locations.
- Oversee financial discipline, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Develop scalable systems and processes across operations, people, and technology.
- Collaborate with the board and investors on strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and capital allocation.
- Build a strong organizational culture centered on accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Senior executive or CEO experience within full-service or casual dining.
- Strong operational leadership experience across multiple locations or business units.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and full P&L ownership.
- Proven ability to lead organizations through growth, transformation, and operational complexity.
- Experience working with boards, ownership groups, or institutional investors is preferred.
Compensation
The published salary range for this opportunity is USD $350,000–$600,000.
