Its integrated platform includes Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services, Valuations, Transaction Execution Services, Office of the CFO, Performance Improvement, Interim Management, and Turnaround & Restructuring Services.

Portage Point has received a strategic growth investment from New Mountain Capital, supporting its continued expansion, institutional development and ability to deliver integrated advisory services.

This is not simply a transaction execution position. It combines commercial leadership, strategic business development, client relationship management and responsibility for delivering successful transactions.

The successful individual will work directly with the Investment Banking Practice Line Leader and other senior leaders, helping strengthen the firm's market presence and expand its technology investment banking capabilities.

Transaction Management: Oversee financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, accounting reviews and the preparation of transaction documentation.

Negotiations and Execution: Guide transaction negotiations, coordinate relevant stakeholders and support transactions through completion.

Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management teams, investors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Lead internal training, mentor professionals, establish best practices and strengthen the capabilities of the Investment Banking team.

Practice Development: Contribute to the firm's growth strategy, support talent development and help expand its technology-focused advisory business.

Organizational Leadership: Promote a high-performing, collaborative and results-oriented culture while maintaining strong client service standards.
