COMPANY OVERVIEW – DOORDASH, INC.

DoorDash is one of the world's leading local commerce and technology platforms, connecting consumers, merchants and delivery service providers through an extensive digital and logistics ecosystem.

Founded in 2013, the company has developed beyond its original food-delivery model into a broader commerce and technology organization supporting multiple categories of local businesses and consumer services.

Its international operations include three major brands:

DoorDash – Its principal local commerce and delivery marketplace.

Wolt – An international technology and delivery platform operating across multiple markets.

Deliveroo – A global food delivery and commerce platform.

Together, these businesses give DoorDash an international footprint spanning more than 40 countries, dozens of offices and tens of thousands of employees.

The organization's technology infrastructure supports digital marketplaces, payment processing, merchant services, customer information, logistics operations and other business-critical systems.

This scale creates a complex security environment involving distributed technology infrastructure, multiple business units, diverse regulatory requirements and increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

The company's broader mission is to empower local economies through technology, improve access to commerce and build infrastructure that connects businesses and consumers.
