About the opportunity
Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced Senior ISV Partner Development Manager to develop and expand strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will drive strategic partnerships, accelerate AWS Marketplace growth, develop joint go-to-market initiatives and create new commercial opportunities across the cloud technology ecosystem.
This position requires strong commercial leadership, enterprise technology experience and the ability to develop relationships with senior executives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and expand strategic ISV partnerships across EMEA.
- Develop joint business plans and commercial growth strategies.
- Build relationships with senior executives and technology leaders.
- Drive AWS Marketplace adoption and partner-led transactions.
- Develop joint go-to-market and enterprise co-selling strategies.
- Identify opportunities across cloud, AI, SaaS and application modernisation.
- Coordinate with AWS sales, marketing and technical teams.
- Monitor revenue performance, sales pipelines and partnership growth.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen AWS's technology partner ecosystem.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
- Experience developing strategies that influence senior leadership.
- Experience managing cross-functional programmes.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of publisher advertising technology stacks and/or advertising technology.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience analysing business performance and making commercial recommendations.
- Experience negotiating and executing complex legal agreements.
