A Confidential Leading Manufacturing & Industrial Group is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to join the search team in Houston, Texas.
This executive search is conducted through Scovai United.
As an Executive Headhunter, you will lead the search and recruitment of senior executives, directors, and board-level leaders for our Manufacturing & Industrial business. You will be our Independent Hunter for top talent.
This is a Full-time, Executive-level position. You will work closely with the CEO and Board to find the best leaders to drive growth.
What You Will Do
- Search, identify, and headhunt senior executives, directors, and C-level leaders for Manufacturing & Industrial roles
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of executive candidates
- Interview, assess, and present shortlisted candidates to the CEO and Board
- Negotiate offers and close senior placements
- Develop relationships with manufacturing plants, industrial companies, and executives across the United States
- Advise leadership on talent strategy, market trends, and compensation
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Executive Search, Headhunting, or Senior Recruitment
- Strong background in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Executive Recruitment
- Proven track record of placing Executives, Directors, or C-level leaders
- Strong network in the United States Manufacturing & Industrial industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
Work Arrangement
- Location: Houston, Texas, United States
- Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid
- Type: Full-time, Executive
Compensation
- $250,000 - $500,000 per year, based on experience
- Plus $5,000 per successful executive placement bonus
- Plus annual performance bonus up to 30%
- Plus full travel, accommodation, and health insurance covered
- Plus commission on senior placements
